Q: If I have color bleached out on a spot in my carpet do I have to dye the entire carpet?
Q: What types of spots can be corrected?
A: All types of spots, the most common are Rust, Punch, Bleach, Ink, and Fading. There is virtually nothing you can get into your carpet that First Class can not get out.
Q: What is your guarantee?
A: We guarantee permanent even color as durable as the original.
Q: How long will it take to dye my carpet?
A: An average sized room is dyed in an hour or two. A larger room takes longer, while a whole house may take a full day.
Q: How soon after you complete the dyeing process can I walk on my carpet?
A: Immediately, since our dyes set instantly. However, so the newly restored carpet does not soil, it is always best to avoid excess traffic until the carpet is completely dry.
Q: How much will it cost to fix spots or completely dye my carpet?
A: In most cases a complete dye will cost as little as 25% of the replacement costs. Spots start at $85.00 to $10000. A written quote is provided before any work is started.
Q: Can I have my carpet dyed to any color I want?
A: Carpet dyeing is not like painting over a color with a new one, the color of your carpet determines the color we can dye it. When the technician arrives for an estimate, he can determine the colors your carpet can be dyed to.
Q: Can all types of carpeting be dyed?
A: Most residential carpeting dyes beautifully, however there is a small percentage of carpet that can not be dyed. When the technician arrives for the estimate, a simple test will be performed to assure your carpet's ability to be dyed.
Q: Must I have my carpet cleaned before you can dye it?
A: Not with First Class. Your carpet will be cleaned as well as dyed in one step.
Q: Will the color change when it is clean, or rub off onto shoes or even stocking feet?
A: Absolutely not. Our colors are guaranteed permanent.
